As the CEO of School Mentor, it has always been my goal to revolutionize the educational sector in Pakistan, specifically focusing on individual schools that lack a standardized operating system. While many new stakeholders in the private schooling sector are only focused on launching franchise school networks, my concern lies with the fact that over 95% of students in private schools are enrolled in individual schools with outdated systems. To address this issue, School Mentor is working closely with individual schools on a daily basis to provide them with a comprehensive school operating system that includes updated guidelines for all aspects of schooling. Our ultimate goal is to bring this dynamic model to every private school in Pakistan to update and improve the current outdated system
